They</font></font></b> <br><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    opened their doors March 1 at 4401 Rosamond Blvd., Rosamond CA  and have sold five houses, Summerbell said.</font></font></b> <br><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    They anticipate selling more as Sprague gets them built, she said. Rosamond Properties work with</font></font></b> <br><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    broker Al Gagnon of California City Real Estate.</font></font></b> <p><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    "Even Rosamond is moving" in the hot real estate market, Summerbell said. "People are also</font></font></b> <br><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    looking for land. The market has gone higher. I could sell a house a day if I had enough lots."</font></font></b> <p><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    Sprague has been building along Poplar Street and only has a couple locations left in that tract, she</font></font></b> <br><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    said, but he expects to build another eight homes in a different part of town.</font></font></b> <p><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    Prices on Sprague's homes are underpriced compared to others in the Antelope Valley,</font></font></b> <br><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    Summerbell said. She and McCartin are selling 1,220-square-foot homes for $169,000 and</font></font></b> <br><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    1,735-square-foot homes for $199,000. As prices in the Palmdale-Lancaster area rise, folks are</font></font></b> <br><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    gravitating north to Rosamond, she said, and Rosamond is growing on the south side down toward</font></font></b> <br><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    Lancaster.</font></font></b> <p><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    Gradually the business community is expanding, with chains like Jack in the Box and Walgreens</font></font></b> <br><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    moving in. For more involved shopping, Rosamond California is fairly close to other shopping centers, she</font></font></b> <br><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    points out to customers.</font></font></b> <p><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    "We're only 10 minutes from Lancaster CA," Summerbell said.</font></font></b> <p><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    While she works with Sprague selling his homes, she also sells properties "up and down the</font></font></b> <br><b><font color="#000000"><font size=-1>                    Antelope Valley."
